So....you drive by a home and it looks like a sweet home and there is a For Sale sign on the lawn. You wonder......"how much is the asking price and how many bedrooms does it have?" Well, now you can pull over the car and park. Get your phone out, pull up your real estate phone application on your cell phone. Oh and by the way, it does not have to be a smart phone. OK, let's begin. You type in the house number and street name and WaLa. Up comes a picture of the house, the price, number of bedrooms and so on.... Now if you don't know the street, type in the township you're in and up comes all the houses in that township. Then you scroll down or up or sideways and you find a picture of the house and again, with all the details on the home for sale. Now you are really excited. What to do? Well that's easy. Call the realtor listed on your phone app and make an appointment. It's that easy. Here's the scoop: Text this message from your cell phone: 123home, and then send the text (123home) message to 87778. When you are prompted, download the app for free and when you are on the go and see a house for sale you like, pull over and pull up the house on your cell phone application. Call the Realtor and then your spouse, partner, friend, fiance', family, whoever and tell them what you found.
